Here is the existing site plan. Here is the planning application in full. Note that it states the existing use of land to be 60% engineering and 40% agricultural. According to the existing plan submitted (and a few minutes with a ruler and Excel) it is actually 23% engineering and 77% agricultural! The above links pop up in new windows. |
